Gema’s production experience encompasses a wide range of positions most notably producer and associate producer. Her responsibilities have varied with each position: from coordinating and overseeing logistics to resourcing creative elements, coming up with and overseeing b-roll filming, creating shot lists, producing story bits, liaising and facilitating creative wants between director and other department heads.
